Parameters

utterancestringRequired
The user's verbatim description of the routine and any time window.
4 to 4,000 characters

Result

One text item holding a JSON object, as in the example.

Pass the user's own words, time window included. Every day needs its exercises, since iAM360 never invents them. iAM360 structures the plan, checks it and can replace the current routine, so confirm with the user first.
summary describes what was saved in plain words; it is the thing to repeat to the user.
Limited to 20 plans an hour per person, shared with plans saved through the iAM360 coach.

Errors

This tool's own errors, each returned with isError: true:

Too many workout plans saved in the last hour. Try again later.
AI features need an iAM360 plan. This tool uses iAM360's AI, which needs a plan: https://app.iam360.ai/plans. You can still build a routine yourself in the app, or log finished workouts with log_workout.
We couldn't check your iAM360 plan just now. Try again in a minute.

Every tool returns isError with a message when its arguments don't match the schema, a limit is reached, the person turned the agent off, or iAM360 has a problem. See Errors and limits.
