Connect an assistant
Any assistant that supports remote MCP servers can connect: Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Muse, Claude Code and others. The person needs an iAM360 account. Copy the server URL, add it in the assistant, then sign in and allow access once.
Server URL
https://app.iam360.ai/api/mcpClaude
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
- Name it iAM360, paste the server URL and add it.
- Choose Connect. Sign in to iAM360 and choose Allow.
ChatGPT
- On chatgpt.com, open your plugins and add a custom MCP server. Adding works on the web; the ChatGPT apps can use it after.
- Paste the server URL and choose OAuth for sign-in.
- Sign in to iAM360 and choose Allow.
Grok
- On grok.com, open Connectors, choose New connector, then Custom.
- Paste the server URL.
- Sign in to iAM360 and choose Allow.
Muse
- In Muse, open Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector.
- Paste the server URL.
- Sign in to iAM360 and choose Allow.
Claude Code
- Add the server from a terminal:
Terminal claude mcp add --transport http iam360 https://app.iam360.ai/api/mcp - Start Claude Code, run
/mcpand chooseiam360to sign in. - Sign in to iAM360 and choose Allow.
Other MCP clients
- Add a remote MCP server that uses Streamable HTTP, with the server URL.
- The client finds iAM360's sign-in by itself, from the server's first reply (see Authentication).
- Sign in to iAM360 and choose Allow.
What the person agrees to
Signing in opens iAM360's own consent screen. It names the assistant that is asking and where the answer goes, and lists the access requested:
- Read sleep, recovery, HRV, meals and nutrition targets, workouts, progress, challenges, patterns and the journal.
- Write meals, workouts, routines, life events and journal entries, and start or update challenges. The tools can also delete meals, workouts and life events. The fitness authorization includes both read and write access.
The assistant can't see the person's password or their WHOOP and Oura sign-ins, or change account settings. The screen also shows which iAM360 account is signed in, with a way to switch, and the choice to allow or deny.
Turn access off
Connected assistants are listed in iAM360 under Settings, AI agents, each with when it was last used. Choose Turn off and that assistant loses access within a minute: its tool calls are refused with a message saying so. Turn on gives the access back.
Manage or delete your data
The connected assistant receives information from the iAM360 account to answer requests. Review how iAM360 shares data with connected assistants and the assistant provider's own privacy policy before connecting.
- To stop an assistant's access, open Settings, AI agents and choose Turn off next to it. This stops future tool calls within a minute; it does not delete records from iAM360.
- To download your iAM360 data, open Settings, Account, find Your data, and choose Export data (JSON). Choose Daily metrics (CSV) for daily numbers in a spreadsheet.
- To delete your iAM360 account, choose Delete account in the same Your data section. In the account window's Security section, complete the deletion confirmation. For help with access, corrections or deletion, contact legal@iam360.ai. See the privacy policy's deletion and retention details.
Turning an assistant off or deleting your iAM360 account does not automatically erase information the assistant already received. To manage or delete those copies, use that assistant provider's privacy and data controls or contact the provider. Its terms, privacy policy and your settings there govern how it handles those copies.
