Nutrition
createlog_meal
Creates a meal record from food the user ate or is about to eat. Supplied calories and protein are saved together, with optional carbs and fat. When both are omitted, iAM360 estimates nutrition, including web research for branded items; estimation requires an iAM360 plan and can take 5-25 seconds. Returns the saved meal and updated daily totals.
