Nutrition targets

readget_nutrition_targets

The user's daily calorie and macro targets, their source, and the trainer's current published nutrition plan when available. Read-only; target changes are made in the iAM360 app.

Access: Reads data and changes nothing.

None. Call it with an empty object: {}.

Result

One text item holding a JSON object, as in the example.

targetSource is trainer_blueprint, legacy_trainer_targets, personal_override or app_default.
Read-only: people change their targets in the iAM360 app.

Errors

Every tool returns isError with a message when its arguments don't match the schema, a limit is reached, the person turned the agent off, or iAM360 has a problem. See Errors and limits.
