User overview

readget_overview

A fitness snapshot for an overview request: today's local date and time, recovery, sleep, training load, today's nutrition, active challenges and tasks, recent meals, workouts and life events with their ids, and today's planned workout. Returns structured data with unavailable sections identified.

Returns a JSON object. Local date, time and the preceding seven dates use the person's timezone; timezoneDefaulted says whether the server had to use its default timezone.
The snapshot lists active challenges with their task ids, recent meals, workouts and life events with their ids, and the planned workout. Stored names, notes and details are wrapped in <stored_data> tags.
Wearable data contains provider, generatedFor, dataStatus, today, sleep and load fields. It contains numeric and categorical readings rather than coaching prose. unavailableSections lists data sources that could not be read.
Journal entries, coaching memories and internal coaching context are not included. Journal entries are available through get_journal when requested.

Errors

Every tool returns isError with a message when its arguments don't match the schema, a limit is reached, the person turned the agent off, or iAM360 has a problem. See Errors and limits.
